We took our inspiration from South Korean cuisine, and the character means “taste.” It symbolizes our passion for authentic, high-quality Asian flavors.

The name comes from Bo Risberg, who founded the company Risberg Import. Risberg loves food, especially Asian cuisine. As early as 1976, Risberg began importing Asian products to Sweden. It has always been important that the food taste just as it does in Asia, while also meeting our high quality standards. Since its inception, Risberg has been an authentic brand in Asian food and seasoning, and to this day, Risberg guarantees delicious culinary experiences.

We’re updating our packaging to give it a more modern look and make our products easier to recognize. Another new feature is that each package now includes a recipe with an inspiring photo, giving you ideas right in the kitchen. We’re also sharing more recipes and tips on our website and social media channels, so you can easily find inspiration whenever you need it. During a transition period, you’ll see both the old and new designs on our packaging. The contents remain the same, and the taste is as delicious as ever.
