Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons black sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp chili-roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp dried ground ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 strong nori seaweed sheets
- 2 tbsp bonito flakes
- 3 msk svarta sesamfrön
- 3 msk chilirostade sesamfrön
- 1 tsk socker
- 0,5 tsk torkad malen ingefära
- 1 tsk soja
- 2 st ark nori sjögräsblad
- 2 msk bonitoflingor
Instructions
Cooking Mode
- Toast the black sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring regularly. Add sugar, ground ginger, and soy sauce. Stir quickly so the seeds don't burn and the soy sauce doesn't evaporate. Let cool.
- Combine the roasted mixture with chili-roasted sesame seeds and blend or grind them lightly. The seeds should be only slightly crushed but retain their shape for the most part.
- Crumble or cut the nori sheets into small pieces.
- Add the nori sheets and bonito flakes to the mixture and stir.
