- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp crushed ginger
SALAD
- 1 cucumber
- 2 scallions
SERVING
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
