- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 0.5 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Cooking Mode
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Let the chicken wings come to room temperature, then pat them dry with paper towels.
- Mix the baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings and stir until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken wings on a baking rack with a baking sheet underneath to catch the fat.
- Roast the chicken wings in the oven for 35–40 minutes, until they're crispy.
- To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until the butter has melted.
- When the chicken wings are done, toss them in the piri-piri sauce, top with coarsely chopped cilantro, and serve immediately.
