Stir-Fried Bean Noodles with Ginger and Spicy Ground Pork
A quick and flavorful noodle dish that’s perfect for many occasions. Fresh ginger and lime pair with spicy, springy noodles. Perfect as a quick family lunch during the week or as a weekend dinner—and just as delicious served cold the next day.

Ingredients
- 250 g bean noodles
- 400 g ground pork
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1.5 tablespoons crushed ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 3 scallions
- 1 carrot
- 100 g broccoli florets
SERVING
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- fresh cilantro
- 250 g bönnudlar
- 400 g fläskfärs
- 1 msk vitlök krossad
- 1 röd chili
- 1,5 msk ingefära krossad
- 2 msk soja
- 2 msk ostronsås
- 1 msk sesamolja
- 2 msk limejuice
- 0,5 msk socker
- 3 st salladslökar
- 1 st morot
- 100g broccolibuketter
SERVERING
- 2 msk sesamfrön rostade
- färsk koriander
Instructions
Cooking Mode
- Cook the noodles according to the package directions and set them aside.
- Cook the ground meat in a little canola oil in a skillet or wok until it is cooked through and has turned a nice golden color.
- Finely chop the garlic and chili, then add them to the skillet along with the grated ginger. Sauté for another 1–2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and sugar to the skillet. Let it simmer for another minute or so.
- Slice the green onion and julienne the carrot, then add them to the skillet along with the broccoli and let them soften slightly.
- Add the cooked noodles and mix well.
- Serve the noodle stir-fry on a large platter or in individual bowls.
- Top with toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
