Instructions
Cooking Mode
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs together. Let stand for 10 minutes so the panko can absorb the moisture.
  2. Roll the batter into small meatballs (Christmas dinner size, about 2.5 cm). Fry in neutral oil over medium heat until they are golden brown and cooked through, 6–8 minutes.
  3. Place all the ingredients for the glaze in a small saucepan.
  4. Let it simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until it becomes slightly syrupy and smells of citrus and soy sauce.
  5. Place the freshly fried meatballs in the glaze and turn them until they are completely coated and glossy.
  6. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Tip!
Serve the meatballs as a main dish with noodles or rice. Try substituting the ground pork for another type of ground meat, such as ground chicken or ground meat that’s easy to shape.
