None of Risberg’s products contain MSG (monosodium glutamate). MSG is a flavor enhancer that intensifies the umami flavor and is naturally found in ingredients such as mushrooms, soy, and miso. We do not add MSG because we want the flavor to be natural and come from real ingredients, not from flavor enhancers.
